ATTEMPT TO CORRECT DEFECTS NOT TO CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

Efforts by buyer to correct any defects in goods delivered to buyer in a defective condition shall not constitute acceptance of the goods by buyer where the attempts to correct the defective condition are commercially reasonable and buyer may revoke [his or her] acceptance and reject the goods where [his or her] attempt to correct the defective conditions prove to be unsuccessful.


This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
